Terms and Conditions of the Promotion: "Holiday Promotion at Dentaleshop.pl: Mix Premium + Apple or NSK for Just 1 PLN!"

§ 1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotion is Grupa Eshop Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
2. The promotion is valid from December 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, or until stocks are exhausted.
3. The promotion is open to any client conducting business related to the dental industry, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant."
4. The promotion applies exclusively to products in the "Premium Brands" category available on the Dentaleshop.pl online store.

§ 2. Conditions for Participation in the Promotion
To participate in the promotion, the Participant must:
a) Purchase a minimum of 10 different products from the "Premium Brands" category in the Dentaleshop.pl online store.
b) Meet the gross amount threshold specified in § 3.
c) Prepay for the order – orders with cash on delivery payment (COD) do not qualify for the promotion.
d) Indicate the chosen reward in the "Order Notes" field when placing the order.
Each Participant may take advantage of the promotion only once during its validity period.

§ 3. Threshold Amounts and Rewards
Participants who meet the conditions specified in § 2 are eligible to receive one of the following products for 1 PLN gross:

• Threshold: 5,000 PLN gross:
  • Apple AirPods 4, or
  • NSK Pana-Max2 M4.
• Threshold: 10,000 PLN gross:
  • Apple Watch SE, or
  • NSK S-Max M 900L.
• Threshold: 15,000 PLN gross:
  • Apple iPad, or
  • NSK 1:5 S-Max M 95L.

The threshold amount pertains to the gross value of purchased products in the "Premium Brands" category, excluding delivery costs.

§ 4. Reward Selection

1. Participants choose their reward by providing the relevant information in the "Order Notes" field when placing the order.
2. In case the reward is not specified:
   a) A store representative will attempt to contact the Participant via email.
   b) If the Participant does not select a reward by December 31, 2024, the Organizer will send a random reward.
3. The reward will be shipped together with the premium products order.

§ 5. Restrictions

1. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
2. Each Participant may take advantage of the promotion only once.
3. The promotion applies only to products in stock at the time of order placement.
4. Returning part of the order will result in automatic disqualification from the promotion and an obligation to return the reward in its original condition.
5. Products purchased under the promotion are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except as provided by consumer law.

§ 6. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the promotion can be submitted via email to: kontakt@dentaleshop.pl within 14 days after the promotion ends.
2. The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 business days of receipt and inform the Participant of the outcome.

§ 7. Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions during the promotion, with notice provided on the website www.dentaleshop.pl.
2. The terms and conditions are available on the Organizer's website and at the company's headquarters.
3. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
