Garter 3 mm - Formable polyaramide fibers
Description
Formable polyaramid fibers with a breaking strength 80% higher than glass fibres.
Application:
- Support for permanent composite restorations such as: crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays
- Temporary and permanent splinting of loose teeth
- Orthodontic retainers
- Individual crown-root inlays
Benefits:
- Very easy to shape during work (crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, splinting)
- Soaked with methacrylates, it does not require additional silanization
- Universal and compatible with modern composites
Advantages over glass fibres:
- They are stronger.
- They are flexible after polymerization.
- They are not very sensitive to accidental polymerization.
- No harmful filings.
Composition : Mixture of methacrylates (Bis-GMA, TEGDMA), polyaramid fibers (40-60% by weight), photopolymerization and stabilization system.
