Multi-parameter chemical indicators to control the steam sterilization process

Properties:

They are made in the form of a perforated paper strip on which a blue test substance has been applied. The Class 4 chemical indicator responds to two or more critical variables in the steam sterilization process.
The response time of the indicator is controlled by a carefully selected, non-toxic chemical composition that is free of lead and other heavy metals.
After the correct process, the color changes from blue to black in the temperature range: 121°C - 134°C and time 20 min. - 3.5 minutes
The indicators are suitable for use in packages containing min. metal tools, porous materials, rubber, plastics and cotton underwear.
The size of the entire indicator: 1.7 cm x 20.5 cm, after division: 1.7 cm x 10.25 cm.
Information about the test class according to standards is placed on each indicator and collective packaging.
