How to use Viruton Extra concentrate:
- Prepare a working solution of the concentrate by diluting with water in the appropriate proportion. The choice of concentration depends on the desired spectrum and duration of action. In order to obtain a concentration of 0.5%, dissolve 5 ml of the concentrate in 995 ml of water.
- Immerse the instruments in the solution immediately after use. All parts and openings must be completely filled with the solution.
- After disinfection, rinse and dry the instrument.
- For hygienic reasons, it is recommended to change the solution daily.
- Do not combine with other cleaning agents or disinfectants.
- The product is intended for use by a professional user.
Composition of Viruton Extra:
active substance in 100 g of the product:
- 11,5 g N-(3-aminopropylo)-N-dodecylopropano-1,3–diamina (CAS: 2372-82-9),
- 3.12 g Poly(oxy-1,2-ethanedil),.alpha[2(didecylmethylamino)ethyl]-.omega.hydroxy-,propanoate (salt) (CAS: 94667-33-1),
- 1.25 g Didecyldimethylammonium chloride (CAS: 7173-51-5)
Application of Viruton Extra:
Viruton® Extra is an efficient concentrate intended for simultaneous cleaning and disinfection of surgical and rotary instruments. It contains an enzyme - protease, thanks to which it has very good cleaning properties.
It is intended for manual disinfection of tools and disinfection in ultrasonic washers. The product has anti-corrosion properties and high material tolerance. It is recommended for instruments made of stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, rubber, porcelain, glass and plastic. It has a positive opinion of the manufacturer of Chirmed tools and the manufacturer of Vimex endoscopes.
