Endostar Spreader Sonic Files are available in sizes 25, 30, 35. for irrigation and disinfection of the canal. Using these files allows you to use the phenomenon of ultrasound leading to perfect disinfection of the root canal.

However, ultrasound is ineffective in narrow, curved canals because the contact of the tool with the canal wall inhibits the vibration process. If such canals are prepared, they must first be prepared with hand tools up to size 20. Ultrasonic instruments are always inserted at rest and the device is turned on when the working length is reached. Endostar Spreader Sonic Files are not intended for root canal preparation.
