Agatos W - Slow setting phosphate cement

Slow-setting phosphate cement AGATOS W is a preparation consisting of a powder and a liquid placed in a single unit package.

Composition: The main component of the powder is zinc oxide, and the main component of the liquid is phosphoric acid, which, when mixed together in appropriate proportions, form basic zinc phosphate.

Application:

• For cementing crowns, bridges and inlays
• As a material for temporary filling of cavities in milk teeth
• In the case of deep caries, it is recommended to place a primer between cement and dentine (calcium hydroxide preparation).
• For filling root canals, especially when preparing a tooth for root apex resection. The cement seals the apical foramen of the tooth root tightly
