Liquid for widening root canals

Application:

Disodium edetate works by reacting with the mineral components of tooth hard tissues. By absorbing calcium from the tooth canal, disodium edetate softens the tissue and facilitates the mechanical clearing of the tooth canal.

Properties:

• It is recommended during mechanical cleaning of root canals.
• It supports the clearing and cleaning of the canal, removes the smear layer, revealing the orifices of the dentinal tubules.
• Disodium edetate (EDTA) contained in the preparation, by rinsing out calcium and magnesium ions, softens the superficial layer of dentine, facilitating its removal and clearing the canal.
