Description

Cream for chemical treatment of root canals

The product contains disodium edetate, which reacts with the mineral components of tooth hard tissues (chelating effect), making them susceptible to mechanical preparation. The optimal exposure time of the preparation on the canal wall is 1-5 minutes.
The second, very important component of the preparation is urea peroxide. When working with the product, active oxygen is released, which significantly improves the cleansing properties of the product. This phenomenon is particularly intensified when rinsing the prepared root canal with sodium hypochlorite. Due to the large amount of oxygen released, foaming occurs and tissue debris is removed from the root canal.
In addition, ENDOCREAM, thanks to its consistency and glycol content, has lubricating properties, which makes it easier for the tool to slide into the lumen of the root canal and prepare it, and also significantly reduces the risk of breaking the tool in the root canal.

Application:

ENDOCREAM is recommended for use during the preparation of virtually every root canal.
It is especially recommended during:

  • catheterization of a narrow root canal, i.e. during the first insertion of the tool to its full working length,
  • finding and elaborating orifices of obliterated root canals,
  • manual preparation of obliterated root canals,
  • manual preparation of narrow and curved root canals,
  • machine preparation of root canals, especially narrow and curved ones.

ENDOCREAM, used alternately with a solution of sodium hypochlorite, ensures the removal of possible pulp residues and dentin filings from the root canal, as well as a more thorough removal of the smear layer formed during mechanical preparation of the root canal.

Packaging: A syringe closed with a cap containing 5.5 g of the product in the form of a cream.
