Description

GC Fuji TRIAGE is a high fluoride release glass ionomer material used for fissure and root surface protection as well as for the prevention of hypersensitivity and as a temporary filling such as a seal during endodontic treatment.

Properties and benefits:

Can also be used when ideal dryness cannot be achieved to treat freshly erupted molars (partially) covered with soft tissue
Available in white and pink
Chemical adhesion to the tooth tissues, no need for etching and the use of a bonding system
Easy to apply low viscosity material
Self-curing conventional glass ionomer cement without the addition of resins
The pink material can optionally be cured with a visible light curing lamp for early protection against dehydration
Translucent pink shade for visual control on subsequent visits
Very high level of fluoride release

Indications:

Fissure protection
Prevention and control of hypersensitivity
Protection of exposed root surfaces
Temporary fillings in endodontic treatment

Use:

Apply a thin layer of glass ionomer to the surface of teeth with an increased risk of caries. The acid-resistant ion exchange layer provides additional protection for the tooth
