Sof-Lex Diamond Polishing Introductory Kit - Polishing system

Reusable two-step polishing system.

The system uses the same mandrel as the Sof-Lex discs. The spirals are made of alumina or diamond particles impregnated with a thermoplastic elastomer.

The universal shape allows use on all tooth surfaces and reduces the need for other shaped tools (e.g. cups, discs and brushes) that are designed for special shapes and contours.

Application:

Beige pre-polishing spirals to smooth the restoration surface.

Pink spirals for a final high gloss finish.

Spirals can be used to polish surfaces:

Directly:

• Composite restorations
  
• Resin modified glass ion meters
• Two-acrylic temporary materials

Indirectly:

• Composites
• Precious and semi-precious metals
